Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Order Processing
All orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused in the same condition you received it in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Returns must be approved before being sent back.
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We offer free delivery on orders, however customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was received.
Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier. Customers must contact us before returning any item.
Delivery & Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery of an order that has already been shipped, any return shipping or handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:

- Defective.
- Incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
